Quarterly Avoided Costs graph not showing full timeline

Jake from PGE left us the following feedback: “The profiles with avoided costs generated only display between the start year and end year on the graph. The end year isn't the end of when avoided costs should be generated, but is the last year the profile could be applied in a claim or budget filing (but this claim could have a 10-year EUL for example, meaning avoided costs for end year + 10 are needed). Since the download isn't available it isn't clear if the full avoided costs are being generated.”
