Put new reports tab up in staging
Add a new tab in CEDARS called Reports to house the current data and IQPD tab content plus the new portfolio metrics dashboard being assembled by Motive Power.
Current scope of work is to create the new tab with an iFrame for the MP PowerBI page for user testing in staging.

Navigation Tips
The First Year and Lifecycle filters allow you to view the metrics based on their net or gross values, providing flexibility in how the data is analyzed.
The group selection filter provides three options: Program Segment, Program Sector, and Program Category. Selecting any of these options will dynamically filter the metrics displayed in the graph based on your chosen criteria.

Tips for interacting with the dashboard:
Select a report type from the navigation pane to view.
Use the drop-down filters to select specific metrics, such as Program Administrator or Year.
