    Here are my comments

    ·       Overarching

o   I would appreciate a program drop down as one of the possible filters on all of the dashboards. Ideally where you could type in to search for an ID.

    ·       Portfolio Performance

    o   TSB

§  Needs to include REN/CCAs for goal attainment. IOUs should receive allocated shares for shared PAs.

    o   MWh/MW/Therm

§  It should be possible to show C&S versus goal here.

§  This is showing gross right now I think but should show net. At the least it needs to be noted if it is gross or net

    o   Total Expenditure

§  The data is wrong. It appears to include too much budget – probably ESA budget or LoanPool additions that are marked exclude from budget.

§  PG&E 2024 actual expenditures, excluding ESA, C&S, revolving loan pool, other things marked exclude from budget is $169,811,504 in the CEDARS dashboards

§  PG&E 2024 budget excluding C&S, ESA, revolving loan pool, other things marked exclude from budget looks to be 184,535,454 in the CEDARS dashboard

    ·       Cost Effectiveness

o   The fuel substitution flag seems to only affect claims and not budgets

o   The total ratios on the right should note if they are forecast or claimed.

    ·       Budget and Expenditures

o   Segment should be a view option here – would be helpful for doing spot checks on compliance requirements.

o   SW vs Local should be a view option here.

o   Budget is wrong here as well, as mentioned above in the Total Expenditure section

    ·       Energy Savings

o   Note that the energy savings in the boxes on the right are claimed values

o   Segment should be a view option

    ·       Environmental Impact

o   Lifecycle and first year seem to be reversed.

o   There seems to be some calculation error – the numbers don’t match what PG&E reported in our Environmental Impacts in our 2024 AR excel appendix.

Adding a feature for someone to download the underlaying raw data for the tables in *.csv format would allow users to do more custom analysis that might be useful for them.

Hi Spencer, it looks like that functionality is only available at a higher service level than we have with PowerBI> Are you aware of a way to do that, or would you and your team offer to advise us? Feel free to email me and I can set up a call with the Guidehouse team.
