Point-In-Time Snapshots of PA Data During the Claim Year

As a member of the ED staff

I want a snapshot of what the claims looked like when a PA confirmed quarterly for a given year.

So that I can compare how a PA performed from one quarter in one year to how the same PA performed in the same quarter of a different year.
