PA training materials for submitting monthly reports

Provide training materials that cover PA use of the monthly report module. Some suggested trainings include:

• How to understand the data reporting requirements

• How to upload a report

• How to troubleshoot QC feedback

Goals are to:

• Help jump start new PAs and new staff so they can understand and comply with monthly report requirements

• Create resources PAs can access on-demand

• Create materials that are short so people don't have to watch an hour long video to learn one thing

• Create materials that effectively communicate how to use CEDARS

• Create materials that are easy to adapt as changes are made to the monthly report module and requirements going forward

The format for the trainings is open (i.e. video, written).
