The Record-level Measure Input and Cost Effectiveness Output download from the PA Confirmed Dashboard includes the SavingsDate field, but it is blank for all records.

Expected Result:

• SavingsDate is populated for each record with the correct value used for validation.

Actual Result:

• The SavingsDate field is present but empty in all rows of the export.
