No TSB for some inputs with kWh/Therm savings

Hello, I’m re-running the TUAL CET files in preparation for the MCAL and most of the TSB results with the 2026 avoided costs (Job ID 97166) are similar to the filing runs but a few lines are producing energy savings but no TSB. I reviewed the inputs and could not discern any patterns in the records with no TSB vs. ones that worked fine. I re-ran using the 2024 avoided costs (Job ID 97167) and again got values as expected for those records, so the issue seems to be limited to the 2026 avoided costs. Can you suggest trying anything else to get to the bottom of this?
