SCE added 4 new program IDs that were not included in their original budget filing because additional contracts were signed. They added the program and IP, and can filter on the PA Specific Program tab and see the programs. However, when looking at it with a “Community” log in, the programs don’t show up when filtered on. They are unsure if it has to do with the fact that since these weren’t included in the budget filing they are listed on the “Programs not in this Budget Filing”.
