Documents: Post new program implementation plan template

ED staff are updating the Implementation Plan (IP) Template, which includes the IP Change Summary Form. Both documents will be available by 2/1/2025. ED staff would appreciate the help to upload and update the “IP Change Summary Form,” which PAs can fill in, on CEDARS in February 2025.
