Claims: Measure Name (in English)

As an analyst, I want to be able to identify actual installed measures —IN ENGLISH, not expressed in some ID code. The PAs will need to agree upon names, and wondering if perhaps this is something CEDARS could automate in the downloads, e.g. create a new field populated with the name of the measure for each record?
