    Additional feedback from Mary S:

    1. Can the sector be a separate column rather than embedded in the name? If not add, "sector" to all names that represent a sector (i.e., residential, ag, industrial) so can more easily be pulled out of the list for analysis

    2. Need a value somewhere that shows what quarter the data is from. For example, the 2026 data is incomplete as not all PAs have provided data, but there is no indication that the data is from Q2

    3. Exclude ESA

    4. Investigate NTGR when fuel sub occurs, and how NTGR is calculated for the portfolio.

    • On a measure level, the NTGR can be determined when dividing the lifecycle value by the first-year value (as that is how it is created).

    • However, at a program/portfolio level, this doesn't work when fuel sub is involved (it works fine when a program has no fuel sub).For example, the SCE portfolio of kWh shows a NTGR of 3.16 while all the measures have NTGR no higher than 1.05 (and most are 0.65 or 0.55).

    • The math is correct as shown, but what it means is that the NTGR cannot be determined at a level less granular than the measure level when fuel sub occurs and that determination of the NTGR for a portfolio has to be done some other way than this quick division or that the new NTGR needs careful context to describe what is going on. For SCE, they are doing lots of fuel sub that wouldn't have occurred absent the program.

    • Does this need to be discussed at the reporting PCG?

      Hi @Roopa Reddy

      Thank you for your feedback, can you please retest on cedars-2

      https://cedars-2.cpuc.ca.gov/reports/metrics-and-indicators/PGE/

      We believe the unit conversion is correct now, and ESA programs have been removed from the totals.

        @cedars team

        C&S net savings (GWh, MW, MMTherm) for 2025 & 2026 look accurate to me now.

        I noticed that the sector detail has been removed from the Description field. However, my understanding was that, per Mary’s request, the sector detail would be added as a separate field. I’m not seeing that field in the output (sample attached). Instead, I see that a Unit field has been added. Could you please clarify?

        Thank you!

    @cedars team

    Hi Sonja,

    The MMTherms and MW net savings values for C&S in the Metrics and Indicators Report appear to be inaccurate for both 2025 and 2026. I’ve attached the corrected values below for reference.

    The GWh net savings values, however, appear to be accurate.

    The values below reflect PG&E’s portion only. Please apply similar correction to the other PAs when updating the PG&E values. Thank you!

      @cedars team please verify that the kW and therm values are converted to MW and MMtherms only once and are not inadvertently divided twice. Thank you.

    We've put together a short survey to get your input on the metrics naming convention, the proposed CSV column headers, and who'd like to review the underlying SQL for each metric. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes — would appreciate your responses by EOD September 3rd.

    Is there a definition of what phase 1 vs phase 2 is?

      Hi Jake, sorry not to notice your comment sooner.

      Amy has been using phase 1 for the metric and indicators that could be generated in CEDARS with data we already have, while phase 2 is the metrics and indicators that required new data submissions to CEDARS to be satisfied.
