The SourceDesc field is being retired following the addition of the MeasDetailID from eTRM. (SourceDesc is the first field in the MeasDetailID concatenation.)

    @cedars team SourceDesc remains in the CET measure table so it must remain for 2026 claim spec. May be up for removal in 2028.

    I remade this ticket b/c I accidentally merged it into the CET spec update ticket and had to delete the prior ticket to clean that up.
