Measure costs miscategorized as rebates and Incentives in the user guide
Remove UnitMeaCost1stbaseline and UnitMeaCost2ndBaseline from rebates and incentives fields list in the user guide, claims module section, since these are measure costs https://cedars-2.cpuc.ca.gov/user_guide/. Fields that must be removed are outlined in red in the image below.

Hi @akulka, Fix looks good to me. Measure cost fields have been removed from the rebates and incentives section of the user guide. Thanks.
