MCAL - RIM Calculation Discrepancy in cedars-2

During CEI uploads to Staging, we discovered that the RIM calculation is not aligned between the CET Tool output and the Budget Filing output.

It appears CEDARS Staging budget filing module is not taking “BillIncrElec + BillIncrGas” into consideration.  See attached difference between tabs.

The CET Tool is performing this correctly:

calculation = elecben +gasben +waterenergyben +otherben+ BillIncrElec+ BillIncrGas /RIMCost

This ticket is to request that the Staging Budget Filing module is updated to calculate the outputs the same as the CET Tool for RIM.
