For 2026–2027, the Gross kWh, Gross kW, and Gross Therm values for the Cross-Cutting Sector are incorrectly reflecting net savings. For example, the CEDARS output shows 35,064 for Gross kW, which is actually the net value.

Program Summary Table

For the three statewide C&S programs (SDGE_SW_CSA_Appl, SDGE_SW_CSA_Bldg, SDGE_SW_CSA_Natl), the Gross kWh, Gross kW, and Gross Therm values are incorrectly mirroring the net savings values.
