The screenshot shows an unknown errors when uploading the 2026 forecasting in CEDARS testing. can you take a look at it?
I’ve also attached the 2026 measure and program cost file for your reference.

Hi @sacharya ,
I logged onto cedar-3 to see if I could upload your file since we resolved an issue a few hours ago that caused some of Jenn's work to be overwritten during our nightly sync. I was able to upload it, I think we may have just been really unlucky with our timing. Let me know if you have any questions.

Last week, during the initial testing, we successfully processed a forecast file that I uploaded, with the errors/warnings listed below.
Problem with DeliveryType: Value [DnCust] is not allowed for DeliveryType.
Problem with DeliveryType: Value [DnCustDI] is not allowed for DeliveryType.
Problem with EulId: Value [EUC_5.5] is not allowed for EUL.
Problem with EulId: Value [WtrHt-Com] is not allowed for EUL.
Problem with NtgId: Value [Com-Default-HTR-di] is not allowed for NTG.
Problem with NtgId: Value [Res-Default-HTR-di] is not allowed for NTG.
Problem with RulId: Value [EUC_5.5] is not allowed for EUL.
Problem with RulId: Value [WtrHt-Com] is not allowed for EUL.
Problem with TechType: Value [Steamer] is not allowed for TechType.
Our engineering team did provide another file that was supposed to address this, but after reviewing it, we’re still seeing the same issue. As of now, it looks like it hasn’t been resolved. Not really sure if it’s the file that we’ve uploaded that’s causing it.

Hi @sacharya we have freshly cloned cedars-3, could you please upload the file again to see if you are still having the same issue.
