MCAL Buget filing module - NTG NonRes-Out-Ltg-LEDFixt End Year

During CEI uploads to Staging, we discovered NTG ID Value: “NonRes-Out-Ltg-LEDFixt” didn’t get added to Budget module Spec List. This is specific to Industrial Lighting.

    Hi @nguyenvb ,

    The Budget Filing NTG value list will only display valid values. I checked the CET spec list and noticed that NonRes-Out-Ltg-LEDFixt has an end year of 2024, which means it will not be valid for filings submitted in 2025 or later.
