MCAL Budget Filing: Unable to initiate Statewide Filing

Steps to recreate:

  1. Go to SW budget filing dashboard:

    https://cedars-3.cpuc.ca.gov/filings/statewide-filings-dashboard/

  2. Pick 2026 from the drop down and click on “Initiate Budget Filing for 2026’

  3. Check the program definitions and click on Continue button.

  4. Click on Initiate statewide budget filing and the following error page pops up:

    @RoopaReddy_PGE Thank you for your patience, I just made a change to cedars-3 that should fix the implementation of those two new statewide programs. Could you please try initiating your statewide budget filing again and let me know if it goes through? Thank you!

      Hi @Derya Gumustel Sorry for the delayed response. I did not receive your message.
      I had initiated the SW filing in cedars-3 around 2 pm and it worked. Thanks for the fix.

    We believe we've identified what's causing the crash. It is a result of the implementation of the new statewide programs. SW_PLA_AE - SW Plug Load and Appliance All Electric & SW_HVAC_AE_NonRes - SW HVAC All Electric Non-Residential

    We hope to have this resolved early morning Thursday PDT.
