I received a request from ED staff: For the Income Qualified Program dashboards, the IOUs are requesting to move the landing page text above the dashboards. If helpful, see below what they are requesting, they would like the text called out in red to be moved up above the ESA dashboard. They are concerned it might be easily missed by end users since it’s after the visuals. Is this something that can be done?
