Make climate zone selection for CIP more user friendly

In order to select multiple climate zones when uploading a Custom Impact Profile, users must hold down command/control to keep climate zones selected.

Allowing the function to click on the climate zones without holding down keys would make this more user friendly. Another option would be to add helper text or some guidance on the form itself.
