As we prepare to automate moving funds between programs / statewide programs and within and between years, we want to understand what carryover numbers have been submit via monthly reports to CEDARS to date.

Following up on Pams comment from the PCG meeting about if AVA or SJCE had submitted carryover.
I did a quick check to see if SJCE or AVA have reported any carryover in CEDARS Monthly Reports for 2025.
AVA: No carryover values have been submitted for 2025. The extension sounds like there is a shift to their original end date from 2025 to 2026, so carryover may not have come into play yet. Incorporating carryover handling into our upcoming fund shift improvements would support scenarios like this where budget periods roll forward.
SJCE: I also don’t see any carryover reported so far in 2025, but that may change later in the year depending on how they manage unspent funds.
We're still working through the requirements whether CEDARS should automate carryover based on unspent funds at the end of a year or cycle, or whether PAs will continue to manually input and request carryover as they do today.
