Data: Expand Summary Data table to include additional CET outputs

The Summary Data table should be updated to include the full set of relevant CET output fields. Currently separate electric and gas benefits are requested, but we also want to:

• Retain Total Benefits

• Add electric and gas supply, cost

• Add fields for water benefits, supply and cost

• Add fields for other benefits, supply and cost

• Add SCT fields SB, SH, cost
