Add guidance in monthly reports regarding 5% market effects in net claim savings calculations

There has been confusion around the total net savings equations that are part of claim data inputs not including the 5% market effect adder that has lead to misaligned savings numbers between claims and monthly reports. We want to add guidance in monthly reports to make the inclusion of market effects in net savings well understood.
