Generalise language in the user guide and on the add profile page

It was pointed out in the Dev Demo meeting that the word "custom" in the impact profile tool is causing confusion with the custom programs team. We now need to generalize the language. The user guide states that the tool currently does not support deemed profiles so the group agreed there wouldn't be an issues.
