Filter Featurebase changelog widget in Claims

Background:

Featurebase has a new update to filter in URL for Roadmap & Changelog
https://feedback.featurebase.app/changelog/changelog-rework-sharable-roadmap-views-og-images-and-many-other

When filters are applied to the changelog, they will be kept inside the URL. This allows us to create dedicated views for changelog categories.

Description:

As a user I want to see only the Claims updates in the Claim Spec changelog widget.

• Remove guidance

• Add filtered view to the widget
