Exempt deemed measures with dates earlier than 1/1/2024

Feature Request

Starting in 2024 claims CEDARS only allows deemed claims to be submit if the restricted permutation is false. Update the rules so that CEDARS only disallows claims for restricted permutations if the date used to look at the eTRM version is 1/1/2024 or later.

This update is need for 2024 claims reporting.

    Hi Jenn, the issue is resolved on our end. Our upload has gone through clean in staging without any errors.

    Hi CEDARS team,

    The issue with SCG is still ongoing. We continue to encounter 'restricted perm=1' flag errors in our quarterly reports, impacting 1,700 claims.

      Hi Sapan,

      By chance are you working on the staging instance? The fix is live in production, but I just checked and it isn’t on staging at the moment.
