    Hi @jkingsley

    I reviewed your file and the error message you're encountering. It appears that inputs in the Measure.csv file contain special characters that CEDARS does not accept at a glance.

    I've noticed that several rows have quotation marks (") at the beginning and end. I recommend removing these characters from your inputs and then trying the upload again.
