Enable PA User Account Management - Delete Or Deactivate PA Users

Feature Request

As a PA admin

I want to manage my organizations user accounts within the Users Tab by deleting or deactivating persons that leave our organization

So that our organization can keep our CEDARS accounts up to date and we do not have to make development requests to help maintain.

Select the module in CEDARS
Select user type

    This feature already exists in CEDARS in the Users menu, as shown in the image below:
    Click on the down arrow next to the user and select deactivate user.
