Enable DEER Tab Analytics For Analysis

We would like to better understand which users are accessing and utilizing the DEER Tab.

There is speculation that users are utilizing ETRM instead of the DEER tab.

Purpose would be to explore how this tab can be improved so it is useful, or if it is redundant and needs to be removed/repurposed.
