Elevated CE Ratio Values in SDGE 2026 Budget Filing Summary by Program Segment

In comparing CEDARS results for Program Segment Summary with SDGE internal system, we noticed that the CE Ratio values are elevated for CEDARS in both the dashboard and as a table download.

Elevated values exist for TRC, PAC, and RIM as noted below in the orange fields representing CEDARS.
