Edit button of unpublished CIP not working as intended

From the Impact Profile Library page, pressing the “Edit” button of unpublished Custom Impact Profiles navigates the user to Step 2/3 Upload 8760 page (even for other users/user groups) instead of 1/3 Upload 8760, where an input might want to be edited.

Pressing the “Cancel” button brings us to the page where a Custom Impact Profile could get deleted instead of back to the Impact Profile Library.

Perhaps incorporating a back to previous page button could be added.
