e3_mea_elec_end_use_shape

Hi CEDARS team - To support implementation of our pop-NMEC programs for several utilities, we are trying to obtain certain load shape data - e3_mea_elec_end_use_shape - that CEDARS uses to calculate TSB. We can get most DEER load shape data in GLSP format using the Load Shape Viewer located here https://loadshape-viewer-cpuc.azurewebsites.net/at; however, we have been unable to obtain some non-DEER shapes. An example is: e3_mea_elec_end_use_shape = Outdoor Lt.

Do you know how we can obtain this non-DEER load shape detail in GLSP format? We have asked the utilities, Peter Biermayer, and the DNV consultants, but have so far been unable to find this information.
