Site and contact information should be exempt for C&S (Delivery Type ‘C&S’), Pop NMEC (MeasImpactType ‘Cust-NMEC-Pop’, ‘Cust-NMEC-Pop-FuelSub’), Audits (PG&E application codes ‘HER’ and ‘HEC’), and ESA (PG&E PrgID ‘PGE_ESA’), and non-resource/dummy savings claims.
