Dashboards: portfolio totals should be on top

Hi Sonja,

In the past, the Portfolio category was listed at the top of our CEDARS dashboards but I believe they have been restructured and now the Portfolio category is at the bottom. This is a problem mostly because one must scroll to see it. If other people can see what I am talking about on their screens, too, then maybe we should resize that dashboard so it fits all categories.
