Dashboards - Need a "Programs" selection option?

I just realized that there is not a selection feature for “Programs” on the left side of the charts in PowerBI. I don’t know exactly how I missed this, but we need to have this to enable users to see things by program(s). IF this is achieved by selecting a program from below, then please show me the functionality. The feature(s) seems a little unclear. This might be for Antonio.
