Dashboard - Forecast - Cost effectiveness view

Suggest for the dashbaord on the data tab for budget filing, containing MCAL data, to include the TRC for ‘26 and ‘27 combined, if that data is available. My thinking is that for the business plans, having the yearly TRC values are good, plus that view should have the total tRC for the ‘28-’31 period
