Custom Impact Profile Tool

As a Program Administrator, I want a tool to upload, manage, and review custom impact profiles, allowing me to accurately assess the energy savings and avoided costs associated with EE measures.

Description
Develop a tool within CET module that allows Program Administrators to upload and manage custom impact profiles. This tool should support uploading 8,760-hour CSV data, replacing existing profiles, and reviewing impact and avoided costs.

Core Features:

• Upload and store 8,760-hour impact profile data via CSV.

• Add details about each custom impact profile.

• Replace existing impact profiles when needed.

• Generate avoided costs based on the uploaded impact profile.

• Review quarterly avoided costs and daily impact profile trends.

• View impact profiles from other groups.

• Edit impact profiles within the user’s group.
