I have a few questions about the "CostsRecoveredFromOtherSources" field on CEDARS reporting.

Referring to the data rules on CEDARS, I see that the description for this field is not extremely detailed. I have also looked through past discussions on Basecamp to see if more context is available but could not find a clear description of this field. I need more context to understand what this field is and does.

  • What are considered other sources that are appropriate to report?

  • When is it appropriate to populate this field?

  • How does this field impact CET outputs if at all?

    Hi @cedars team , thank you for following up. We are posing this question with some urgency as we are exploring whether it pertains to the non-ratepayer funding that CCAs may need to use in light of the recent CCA budget reallocation. Thanks again for your time and consideration.
