Cost Effectiveness Module - Dashboard For Results

As a PA

I want to have a dashboard within the Cost Effectiveness Module to run results and various scenarios

So that I dont have to download a file and manipulate the data from the file and outside of CEDARS.

Additional context for this request per the discussion at the 10/3 ADP meeting:

• Idea is that a user could do various scenarios and runs without having to keep re uploading the same file over and over again
