Load Shape - Add a new user type for PA staff to upload load shapes
In the March 5 PCG meeting it came up that we may benefit from adding a new user type in CEDARS for users to upload load shapes but not have access to the other PA data reporting tools.
New CEDARS user type: PA_MeasureDeveloper
Granted community user privileges plus upload load shapes.
Page permissions
Load shape library: Public access
View load shape graphs: Public access
Add a new load shape: Any PA user
Load shape upload history: Any PA user (Can only see own PA’s uploads)

@cedars team I see Sonja gave herself an action item at yesterday’s meeting to confirm if other PAs are aligned with postponing the creation of the new PA type account for Load Shape UAT.
So we don’t hold up testing, SDGE is fine with waiting on this new user type til later. Spencer informed me that a Solaris measure developer was testing using an SDGE measure. When it comes up, we will grant “PA Ordinary user” access to this developer (once identified).
However, let’s define a time frame for when this ticket will be addressed. Thanks.

@cedars team As a follow‑up to the 4/15 dev demo call, PG&E is okay with deferring this ticket to later in the year. In the interim, we will grant PA Ordinary access to just 1 member of our measure developers team to manage the deemed load shape uploads.

Can you please clarify for whom this is intended? Would this be a way for 3Ps who have custom impact profiles to “test” such projects in the CET (even if these custom impact profiles aren’t ‘official’ because the PAs are the only ones who can add custom impact profiles to the library)?
