Company Name in PII Site Table

Add “Company Name” or something similar to the PII Site Table. This would help in the data collection for evaluators and eliminate a separate data request. Sometimes, the Service Account owner isn’t the related to the Business Name (Could be a Trust, Franchise Owner, etc.) and the business name helps the evaluators find the actual business better for contacting.
