Business Name in PII Site Table

Add “Company Name” or something similar to the PII Site Table. This would help in the data collection for evaluators and eliminate a separate data request. Sometimes, the Service Account owner isn’t the related to the Business Name (Could be a Trust, Franchise Owner, etc.) and the business name helps the evaluators find the actual business better for contacting.

Context: Difficult in Midstream programs to get the right info.

Description: Actual name of the business where the intervention happened. This is what Google Maps might show for the site address, and is often different than Account Name.

Required: N
Rules: Not required for residential. Provide info if known, with the understanding that the rule is being introduced halfway through 2026 so it can’t be expected to be know for all commercial sites.
