HTR_Flag

As is: Hard to Reach. Flag to identify the measure was installed in a hard to reach location.

To be: Indicates the claims is being reported as Hard to Reach. The claim must satisfy one of the valid Hard to Reach qualification pathways. Hard to Reach participant counts are included in the Participant table.

CA_Flag

As is: Flag to identify Cultural Accessibility - HTR (Hard to reach).

To. be: Flag to identify Cultural Accessibility. It identifies California Native American Tribes as hard to reach. Tribal customers qualify independently under Commission policy and do not need to meet additional Hard-to-Reach (HTR) criteria.

Lang_Flag

As is: Language. Meets language barrier for hard to reach.

To be: Flag to identify customers where the primary language spoken is other than English. Contributes to Hard-to-Reach (HTR) eligibility.

OMBCSA_Flag
