CET Tool Stuck in Pending Status Awaiting CE_Output
SDGE Users are experiencing a CET Tool issue this morning where they’re stuck in pending status while awaiting CE_Output. Some users are receiving what seems to be an automated email saying that there is an issue.
SDGE needs to perform a couple more CET runs today to confirm Statewide Program forecasts before Statewide Data Sharing amongst the PAs is due today.

@ggreen @Matthew Clark Thank you for your patience. The CET is working again and we are in the process of cancelling the stuck runs so that those users can upload again.

Synergy has also been in the same position since yesterday afternoon. We are working on MCALs for SoCalGas and program amendments for SDGE. We’re hoping for a quick resolution.

@ggreen The CEDARS security update yesterday caused the CET - CEDARS communication protocol to fail; we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Erika is monitoring production CET runs and emailing users who have stuck runs to let them know about the issue.
