CET Queue Visibility

As a user, I want to see where my CET run is in the queue so I can tell whether it’s stuck or just waiting.

Users currently can’t tell if long “Processing” times are normal or an issue, leading to unnecessary cancellations and support tickets.

Acceptance Criteria

Add basic queue visibility to the CET Run Details page.

Core elements:

• Show estimated queue position (for example “7th in queue”).

• Show current queue load or active runs.

• If feasible, display an estimated wait range.

• Updates or notification as the run moves.

• Messaging is simple and avoids over-promising precision.
