Feature Request

Nathan Kwan from Tetra Tech is looking for clarification on some equations. He sent the below email on 10/4 and followed up on 10/28. Amy Reardon also needs this information for a separate request. We will need this information by end of day, Monday 11/4. We can discuss this at the Backlog refinement meeting this week.
