I’m getting many 502 Gateway errors trying to run the CET. At least 1 other PG&E employee is experiencing the same. Sometimes it is 5-6 attempts to get a file accepted.
Hey @JakeRichardson we’re keeping this sprint focused strictly on fixed development items, so we’re planning to place this ticket on hold until next year. Please let us know if you have any concerns with that approach, and we can discuss it further during the dev demo.

Hi @cedars team I’m following up with an update. Jake confirmed that PG&E’s firewall team verified their system is not blocking our uploads. The issue does not appear to be on PG&E’s side. Thank you.

Did this clear up? I looked back at our system resources usage for Friday and didn’t see anything indicating a problem on our end.

I tried 5 test runs today and got the gateway error 2 of the 5 times.
