CEDARS Email: Confirm Report Upload/CEDARS To Send Email Reminders

As a PA

I want an email from CEDARS confirming when a document is uploaded

So that I have a record of the document upload and I do not have to take a screenshot of the downloaded zip file with the date as my record.

Identified and requested by SCE.

Additional context for the ask per 10/3 ADP meeting:

• Current state: PA has to go into the document, look when it was uploaded, screen shot the date as proof of upload.

• This effort would be a regulatory solve.
