Budget Filing: Unable to download 2026-2027 True-up filing data

Testing FeedbackBudget Filings

I am receiving an error message “Invalid Invitation” when I try to download 2026-2027 True-up budget filing record-level data from the Data tab here: Record-level Data - CEDARS

Steps: In cedars-3/testing, navigate to the Data tab, select Record-Level and then select 2026-2027 True-up Budget Filing outlined in red below.

Error message received:

    I would appreciate your feedback, on the mock-up I created regarding our expectations. Are the labels clear, or is there any areas where we could improve?

    For the "2024-2027 True-up Budget Filing" (~87MB), my assumption is that we should split this into two buttons. We can keep the True-up data for 2024 and 2025 on CEDARS, while archiving the True-up data for 2026 and 2027.

      Hi @cedars team Mock-up looks great to me. PG&E has one edit to this mock-up that is to rename the 2024-2027 Budget Filing (first label) as 2024-2027 Application Filing, instead. Thank you.

    Just checking, was this filtered to PG&E only, or set to “All Program Administrators”?

    Looking at the dashboards, it doesn’t look like any PA has submitted a 2026 or 2027 budget filing yet, so I wouldn’t expect a download to be available at this stage.

    That said, I agree the download button probably shouldn’t be showing at all, and the help text referencing it being “superseded” seems incorrect since this would be the most recent filing.

    I’ll flag this as something we can clean up.

      Apologies I misread the button label. I can see its for the previous True-Up. for 2026-2027 we would expect this to have the archived data. I can see it was still able to be downloaded along with the 2024 and 2025 True Up Budget Filing.

      HI @cedars team agreed, labeling was a bit confusing. That button should be for the MCAL, the newer data yet to be filed. FYI - I got the same error message whether filtered for PG&E or all program administrators.

      Will there be a revised 4-year data set for 2024-2027? i.e., 2024-2025 True-up plus 2026-2027 MCAL? May be worth checking with the PAs if there is a need for this? Thank you.
