Budget Filing: Unable to download 2026-2027 True-up filing data

I am receiving an error message “Invalid Invitation” when I try to download 2026-2027 True-up budget filing record-level data from the Data tab here: Record-level Data - CEDARS

Steps: In cedars-3/testing, navigate to the Data tab, select Record-Level and then select 2026-2027 True-up Budget Filing outlined in red below.
