The download file for Budget Filing Receipt in production is showing older numbers because the materialized views behind them weren’t refreshed. The production dashboards are correct because they query live data, but the download for the Budget Filing Receipt is still using an outdated snapshot. CEDARS-3 has the correct refresh sequence, so those values are accurate. We need to add the same refresh process to production.
Jesse had confirmed that it was okay on his end, and with your approval, we are now waiting for a final internal review to get this into production. Scheduled for deployment Monday morning before 9am.

@cedars team Our filing receipt is wrong in production for 2026. It seems to not be including the SW data (at the very least C&S is missing, it is very obvious in the TSB number). The 2027 receipt looks right. The 2026 dashboards all show the SW data though… I don’t see the same issue in cedars-3.

They do look correct in CEDARS-3, but I’m unsure why production would have the wrong numbers for budget as that isn’t something new for the filing receipt.
