Budget Filing: Old Measures Rejected with Errors

After testing the upload of SW_HVAC_Up_Com in the Budget Filing module of CEDARS DEV using the raw data from the 3P, I landed with errors for the two old measures included in the forecast.

 

As suspected, the errors included issues with expired Delivery Types and Measure Impact Types as noted in the updated CEI Value Lists (end_date = 2025)
